Discussion St. Augustines Academy

Welcome to
St Augustine's CE Academy

"Learning together as disciples of Jesus"

At St Augustine’s CE Academy we work closely with our colleagues at All Saints CE Academy, Denstone and St Peter’s CE Academy, Alton and share Executive Leadership and the Local Academy Council. The children benefit from shared activities, sports fixtures and educational visits.

Our academy aims to foster a Christian, caring ethos in which children thrive by celebrating achievement and making sure they feel valued and secure. All children are taught to respect others and they are provided with exciting learning opportunities, standards and the expectations of behaviour are high. We operate an 'open door' policy and you should always feel welcome. If you would like to come and see us, we would be delighted to show you around the academy and answer your questions. We look forward to meeting you in the near future.

Mrs Rebecca Walker

Executive Headteacher

Enterprise week 11th March

Enterprise week, where children are given a budget and have to make things to sell in order to make a profit. This money is then used to buy things that they feel would be beneficial for their class. This hopefully teaches financial skills and business acumen.
